- Abstract
- In this paper, some issues of IP phone terminal, telecommunication operators, regulation and business boundary in IP phone was considered. In the case of Japan, labor division establishes to number system naturally and is in situation that subscriber number increases explosively from situation that environment furtherance for market spread is readied to service launch that attach of telecommunication operator trades regarding IP phone. Defensive entrance in general phone market until current negative by it that must escape in cognition which IP phone is principal parts service for general phone to telecommunication operator trade who coped and consider IP phone in active entrance in superhigh speed internet demand spread side be.
