- The mobile industry has started to apply Web services technologies to expose and integrate the value it holds in the mobile domain. The Web services bring an opportunity to lower integration costs between operators and content partners. And composite of Web services will be more and more important technology for effective automation of business to business collaborations. But, mobile Web services has some consideration issues for seamless service integration such as bandwidth and connectivity of wireless network, low computing power of mobile devices, etc. This paper explains the consideration issues of mobile Web services and proposes an efficient framework for mobile Web services that could support the composite services and improving the performance
