- Abstract
- The surface-illuminated InGaAs/InAlAs UTC-PD is presented. The 40 Gbps eye-diagram shows Vp-p ~ 0.5 V at 10.2 dBm optical input power. The measured 3-dB bandwidth is in excess of 50 GHz.
