- Abstract
- High Speed Internet and P2P Application make us more convinient but make many troubles like spreading out illegal s/w or porno movies. Many goverment and organization try to work out measures for this side effect and develop products. In this paper we study legacy objectionable video classification technology and inspect the reason of low performance of exsisting systems. And we propose new algorithms to improve performace in objectional video classification and image quality assessment and give the experiment results.
