Abstract
We report on the effects of luminance characteristics on TEOLED. Especially, the fabrication of chromium anode on Si wafer and the device characteristics has been investigated. Topemitting organic light-emitting diode (TEOLED) was fabricated on Cr/Al/Cr anode. Chromium and aluminum multilayer was used as an anode of TEOLED and the TEOLEDs of Cr(20nm)/Al(100nm)/Cr(20nm)/NPB(60nm)/Alq(60nm)/LiF(1nm)/Al(2nm)/Ag(20nm)/NPB(200nm) has been fabricated on Si wafer for control device. The changes of spectral line shape shift are likely due to the surface morphology phase and/or crystallinity, which possess different leakage current density and luminance properties.
