- Abstract
- For rapid development of telecom service software, the concept of SCE(Service Creation Environment) has emerged. This paper describes the service creation trend in open network and the creation method using ETRI SCE for generating open network services. ETRI SCE fulfills the typical SCE concept and also comes up with the evolution of the network environment.
