- Abstract
- This study suggests real-time postal logistics operation model and system as a next postal logistics information system. Examining current operational issues, including real-time issues, we construct Hybrid RTE(Real-Time Enterprise) model. Hybrid RTE Model combined RTE Model, Gartner Group presented, with Plan-Do-See Model and it is composed of logistics operation planning, real-time arbitration, real-time monitoring and performance measure. In this study, we analyze methodology and process of implementing new postal logistics information system.
