Abstract
we present a sample preparation Microfluidic device for the controlled micropatterning of enzymes and antibodies with a smart polymer-modified temperature-addressable microelectrode. The device is composed of a bulk-micromachined Si device and a hotcast poly(dimethyl siloxane) (PDMS) device. In this study, The fabrication process and thermal analysis for the microfluidic chip and selective patterning of enzyme on the affinity microelectrode modified with a smart heat-sensitive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNAPPm) polymer thin films.
