- Abstract
- In this paper, an algorithm that provisions proportional differentiation of packet delays is proposed for future packet networks. As it features a scheme that adjusts the target delay adaptively, it shows superior adaptability to the bursty traffic as well as the exponential traffic. ©2006 OSIA.
