Abstract
Self-assembled SWCNT devices were easily fabricated using surface-programmed assembly and standard photolithography, and their electrical properties were studied applying post-fabrication process to get the optimal electrical condition. To realize reliable device operation which is a key factor for a bio-chemical sensor, the contact resistance should be optimized including the conductivity of SWCNT itself. Here, its performance as a chemical sensor was also studied for several reactive gas species.
