Abstract
The access network in which a user can receive a service becomes various. The services which a user can receive at each access network are different. However, there is the desire for receiving the service which is identical. Therefore, it is the NGN (Next Generation Network) environment to tries to provide the QoS (Quality of Service) guaranteed services of IP-based regardless of the access network. After a user elementarily connects and certifies in the access network in order to catch at offer the NGN service, the service certification has to be received at the service network. It is troublesome to a user, which is the procedure of taking the time. So, it needs the access-service bundled authentication for a user. The NACF-SCF(Network Attachement Control Function-Service Control Function) bundled authentication is the scenario applicable to the communication carrier having the access network and service network together. If it applies this scenario, it can reduce the service authentication time. Moreover, it is going to reduce the network traffic because the messages generated in the network decreases. For the this purpose, the line-based access-service bundled authentication presently exists in the TISPAN (Telecommunications and Internet Converged Services and Protocols for Advanced Networking). But it is necessary to have the bundled authentication process for the mobile subscriber. In this paper, we propose the procedure for the mobile subscriber.
