Abstract
This paper introduces the modified blind signal processing to regenerate I/Q signals based on Constant Modulus Algorithm for direct conversion receiver and the performance using MATLAB simulations. Also This paper represents the conventional three blind signal processing techniques, Singular Value Decomposition(SVD), Independent Component Analysis(ICA), and Constant Modulus Algorithm(CMA). CMA technique also has phase error, but regenerates the reliable I/Q data. Therefore we suggest modified regeneration algorithm to compensate phase error using phase information of the received signal. It is shown that the constellation performance of suggested regeneration algorithm is similar to conventional QPSK, 8PSK using computer simulation and the regenerated constellation is similar to the transmitted signal constellation without phase distortion.
