Abstract
This paper reports a novel method for the actively controlled micropatterning of a protein, anti-6-(2,4-dinitrophenyl)aminohexanoic acid (DNP) antibody, with a smart polymer (poly(N-isopropylacrylamide), PNIPAAm)-modified temperature-controllable electrode, fabricated using MEMS protocols, in a sample preparation microfluidic device.
