- Abstract
- We demonstrate a carrier-suppressed return-to-zero signal generator, which employs a single-stage external modulator and a newly designed wideband signal mixer. The wideband signal mixer is implemented by using 0.13-μm CMOS technology. ©2007 IEEE.
