Abstract
In this paper the rectangular cavity resonator that is available to use at a millimeterwave oscillator was designed with LTCC multilayer. LTCC green sheet is Dupont 943 and Side wall of cavity is constructed by 2 low via because of high wall isolation. In every layer Rectangular ring pattens are used instead of via catch pad. Normal rectangular cavity resonator and folded rectangular cavity resonator are designed and simulated using CST Microwave Studio and the resonant frequencys are 10.44GHz, 11.28GHz and Q factors are over 200.
