- Recently, the necessity about the disaster emergency communication net build-up intensification emerges. Only the consequence in which relatively the construction of the disaster emergency communication net as to Korea, goes well at wired and wireless network center. The satellite communication network will be advantageous as the wide area, broadcasting, anti-disaster and etc. for the nationwide disaster emergency communication net build-up in comparison with the other communication network. Thing will say to be the disaster emergency satellite communication network the necessary point of time. The service offered selection in the disaster emergency satellite communications network direction of construction, and the range of the target organization were included. And the working concept and function of the disaster emergency satellite communications network were presented based on.
