- Abstract
- In this paper, we introduce virtual PAN (Personal Area Network) address to communicate between IP networks and sensor networks. Generally, sensor networks use a simple address system due to the power limitation. Therefore, address conversion is needed to communicate with the Internet connection. We suggest a new efficient method for intercommunication between the sensor networks and the Internet, especially IP networks. Sensor networks can be efficiently connected to the Internet using this new scheme.
