Abstract
The temperature influence of the matching liquid used in the microwave tomography platform system working from 3 to 6 GHz was analyzed on the article. The temperature impact of the matching liquid was found using the measured signal data. If the temperature of the matching liquid is maintained ideally, the measured signal data are obtained the stable data. But, the acquired signal data are obtained the unstable data because the temperature of matching liquid can not be maintained naturally. To obtain the stable data, the temperature control devices are required to maintain the temperature of matching liquid. Furthermore, the temperature variation of the matching liquid in the platform system is the important factor aimed for breast cancer detection. How much impact happened by the temperature variation was studied to overcome the temperature influence of the matching liquid. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
