- Abstract
- We compare the fitting and rendering quality of B-spline volumebased BRDF (BVB) with two popular analytical models such as Cook-Torrance and Lafortune. Then, we propose that BVB is quite suitable for representation of measured BRDFs, and can be readily deployed in physically based rendering.
