RFID/USN은 기술발전과 함께 다양한 산업분야에 적용 및 이용되고 있다. 특히 RFID/USN 도입으로 발생되는 기대효과 및 활용가치로 인해 각국은 국가차원의 차세대 핵심 유망기술로 인식하고, 관련 산업의 확산과 활성화를 위해 노력하고 있다. RFID/USN의 확산을 위해서는 수요기업들의 적극적인 도입의지가 필요하지만 RFID/USN 도입효과의 불확실성으로 인해 도입을 망설이거나 지연하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 RFID/USN을 도입한 기업을 대상은 BSC 방법을 적용하여 도입성과를 평가하고 그 결과를 가시화함으로써 RFID/USN 산업의 촉진 및 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.
