- Nowadays, importance of the information is highlighted and mobile communication service is available by development of wired, wireless technology. Society evolves into ubiquitous environment that information devices can connect to networks limitless and share information by miniaturization, intelligent of information devices, especially. Thus IPTV service evolves into mobile IPTV service using mobile device.Accordingly, sort of various elements, understand of importance will be required. Finally the researches on proposal of various plans for activation of service will be required. The union of the juncture that be enforcing commercial service, these have value for political utilization. Also, it will help direction of research and understand of implication for analysis of broadcasting-communication convergence service technology and function of media platform enlargement.
