- A novel EBG-patterned P/G planes structure is proposed as a means of minimising the effects of a discontinuous reference plane as well as suppressing the propagation of noise. The performance of the proposed structure has been validated and investigated experimentally. © 2011 The Institution of Engineering and Technology.
