Abstract
We demonstrate novel detuned dual-mode laser for tunable continuous-wave terahertz generation with InGaAs-based photomixers. The beat frequency from this dual-mode multisection laser is continuously tuned from 0.30 to over 1.15 THz. © 2010 IEEE.
