- Abstract
- The proposed method reduces the dimension of data using a feature extraction method and generates groups of similar data on the reduced dimension. Once the groups have been created, similarity estimation is performed only for the data involved in the selected group for a query data, thereby reducing the search time remarkably. As a result, the proposed method computes about 10 times faster than the one without using dimensionality reduction and grouping, and the sensitivity of the search result is 0.902.
