Abstract
Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) 3.0 physical layer standard has adopts frequency interleaving scheme to mitigate burst errors caused by frequency selective fading in OFDM systems. In this paper, we briefly present the frequency interleaver of ATSC 3.0 and evaluate the performance on various wireless fading channel conditions.
