Abstract
In this paper, we present generation method of synthetic mammograms. Our method generates final 2D synthetic mammogram by combining synthetic image using average and maximum intensity projection (MIP) method. To improve contrast of synthetic mammogram, we applied the combination method using dual-tree complex wavelet transform (DTCWT) method. As the result, we confirmed that the contrast of synthetic mammogram was more improved than the pixel-based method.
