Abstract
IT using smartphones affects people's lives in various ways. For instance, location-based navigator and taxi call services utilize visiting, travel or business trip. The number of subscriber provides one evidence of the efficiency including a stranger or people who has a problem on movement. Visitor, visually impaired person, or physical disabilities can also reach any location easily in public indoor area by customized and valuable functions. Specially, it's useful to guide a shortcut, safe, minimum stairs, lower energy route, or point of interest based on each client's information and status. In this paper, we figure out the enhancement of customer knowledge based pedestrian way walking from the requirements of various users and propose an intelligent mechanism through the update and reflect interaction between smart devices and platform. This user-centric services will be verified continuously by enhancing people, time and environment knowledge automatically from user such as favorite shortcut, more safety route using voice and augmented reality effects. In near future, proof of concept will be achieved through the experimentation during nationwide or international sports events and accelerate the enhancement of everyone's equal accessibility.
