Abstract
Man Gu Kang is a project manager at ETRI and a professor at the University of Science and Technology (UST). He received his BS, MS and PhD degrees (in 2000) at Korea University (under Prof. Kang-Jin Kim). Since he moved to ETRI, he has registered more than 100 domestic and international patents related to dye-sensitized solar cells. He has also co-authored 53 international papers about dye-sensitized solar cells, and is specialized in flexible dye-sensitized solar cells. An article of his about flexible dye-sensitized solar cells based on metal substrates including stainless steel (co-authored with Yongseok Jun) was selected as frontier work by the American Institute of Physics and American Physical Society in 2007. © 2013 The Royal Society of Chemistry.
