- Abstract
- Recently, partial video clips extracted form full video have been consumed in general. Selecting and watching a specific scene among whole video when he wants to do is a new trend. By the way, these partial video clips are generated manually. It requires of much time and cost. In this paper we will propose requirements of VoD clip service and the Scene Studio: Authoring tool for VoD clip services.
