Abstract
Recently, a lot of monitoring services using drones and unmanned aerial vehicles have been developed, owing to advantages of utilizing small flight devices such as easy access to the area of interest and wide observation range per hour. In drone based applications, intelligent and automatic service is one of important issues. In this paper, as one of intelligent drone based applications, human monitoring system for riverside area is proposed. The purpose of the human monitoring is automatically to recognize whether a person is in a danger region or not.
