- Abstract
- In this paper, we introduce and implement a wireless monitoring system using LoRa technology to observe the occurrence of landslide on the slopes in a stable and efficient manner. Unlike conventional wired monitoring systems, the system can reduce installation and management costs by using LoRa technology that enables long distance communication with low power consumption. By designing and applying a TDMA-based communication protocol, we also enable wireless sensor node to operate at low power.
