- Abstract
- It is possible to save time and money for ship designs and productions by applying new Information Communication Technologies (ICT) to shipbuilding and marine engineering. In this paper, we propose architectural design principles when Software Development Kit (SDK) and its libraries are developed for shipbuilding and marine engineering softwares. Ultimately, we target at improving the competitiveness of shipbuilding and offshore engineering industry with the proposed principles by generating new high value products for shipbuilding and offshore projects.
