- Abstract
- Microserver system is a low power, high density compute server with x86-64 ATOMs or ARM 64bit server processors. Due to the high density multi node characteristic in microserver, system developer had to install operating system softwares to each node individually. In this paper, we present an automatic microserver software installation scheme. Our scheme has a standalone ubuntu mirror server and remote ubuntu one simultaneously. Ubuntu 16.04 linux operating system is successfully installed and booted with our proposed scheme in APM X-Gene2 merlin reference board which was actually used for a real microserver system.
