Abstract
A calibration method for multi-view display with optical layer deformation is proposed. In particular, the type of the deformation is restricted to bending of parallax barrier. We firstly introduce a framework to analyze optical layer with slight non-uniformity and define the view-number function. Then, we define the nonlinear function γ(x) which is a fitting of true view-number function. Finally, the function γ(x) is found for bent parallax barrier case and it was found that derivatives of the function γ(x) gives full information on the parallax barrier deformation which can be used to find the true view-number function.
