Abstract
The radio propagation in MIMO channel is assumed to modeled on some statistical premise. Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) radio channels are expected to be non-stationary for vehicular speed and scatterers in the real environments. The V2V radio model characteristics are need to estimate their stationarity and determine the variant of time for their statistics. The non-stationarity of V2V radio channels can be evaluated by the correlation matrix metrics and the RUN tests. We make the Campaign in the highway region of South Korea at the frequency of 5.9 GHz using the ETRI channel sounder and a 1 × 4 SIMO system. In the previous work, we estimate propagation path loss, K, delay spread, doppler shift from the measured channel impulse responses and Correlation Matrices. The stationarity distance can be predicted several meters, the large delay spreads cause the smaller stationarity areas.
