Abstract
This paper introduces the deep body microwave hyperthermia device with 4 patch antennas for personal uses which heals pains or inflammations of arm and legs. The focused microwave thermotherapy system is introduced as background to create the heat spreading algorithm by phase rotation of 360 째. The deep thermal spreading effects are predicted by its work simulation which reaches 42.8 °C from 37 °C after 20 minutes. Specifications of device are also introduced which is 925 MHz operating frequency and 1W typical total power etc.
