Abstract
In this paper, we present millimeter wave Doppler measurements for V2I communications. The measurement campaigns were conducted at 28 GHz in a test expressway located parallel to an actual interstate expressway in Korea. Based on the measurement results, we observe high Doppler shifts caused by not only static objects including terrain and structures, but also moving other vehicles in an expressway.
