본 논문은 탄소나노튜브와 PDMS 복합체를 혼합하여 피에조 저항 센서를 벌크 타입으로 제작하고 압력을 가했을 때 전도도 특성이 M자 패턴을 보이며 비정상적인 M자 패턴을 분석한다. 벌크 타입의 피에조 저항 센서에 압력을 가할 때 센서 내부에서 변화되는 전도도의 특성을 분석하기 위해서는 3차원의 퍼콜레이션 네트워크를 통해분석한다. 압력이 가해짐에 따른 M자 패턴과 같은 비정상적인 전도도 특성은 두 가지의 원인으로 인해 나타난다고 볼 수 있다. 첫째, 벌크 타입 센서에 압력이 가해지면 기존에 퍼콜레이션을 형성하고 있는 인접한 CNT-CNT 간의 거리가 멀어지면서 손실되는 경우이다. 둘째는 압력이 점점 가해짐에 따라 벌크 타입 센서는 배부름 현상을겪게 되고 이로 인해 퍼콜레이션 네트워크를 형성하고 있던 CNT간의 거리가 멀어져 전도도가 비정상적인 변화를보이게 된다. 본 논문에서는 CNT의 고른 분산과 선형을 통해 비정상적인 전도도 M자 패턴을 감소시키는 방법을제안한다.
