- Until now, in area of the governmental research and development (R&D), with the limits of cost-benefit analysisfor the R&D business, the evaluation method of the technology by marketability and commercialization has beennot suitable. Then, the necessity to develop the technological business model considering the user’s priority,target market and key partners for core technology gradually increases to improve the R&D efficiency. In thispaper, using business model canvas, the technology business model is developed, the model is applied in the 5Gcore technology such as small cell base station software, ZING, and mobile hotspot network, and then theimplications and key policy for market share, discriminative services, and key resources are also proposed. Theresults could be efficiently used for researchers to make a judgment for R&D planning and market-orientedneeds as self-organizing tools.
