- Abstract
- To provide efficient countermeasures for urban safety, utilizing high-precision indoor and outdoor spatial information in disaster management is necessary. In this paper, a convergence model for integrating both safety and spatial information is defined and a system for creating, managing and distributing information based on the model is proposed. This is the first and remarkable attempt to provide disaster management based on the convergence model of safety and indoor/outdoor spatial information. The feasibility of the method was demonstrated using a prototype of the system.
