Abstract
This paper presents the performance analysis of the interference canceller with a low-complexity nonlinearity post compensator for shared band satellite transmission, which is proposed in the previous study. The simulation environment is adjusted in accordance with the several parameters, such as the number of the terminal signals, modulation type, and signal-to-noise ratio (SNR). Through the various simulations, we can confirm that the residual error after the interference cancellation at a high SNR disturbs largely the detection of the narrowband signal. In addition, it occurs the error floor in condition of both a high modulation type and a low SNR due to the capability limit of the nonlinearity post compensator. These results can lead to improve the performance of the proposed interference canceller for shared band satellite transmission.
