Abstract
In this paper, we propose a device authentication method using PUF (Physical Unclonable Function) for IoT (Internet of Things) device security enhancement. We propose security functions such as device identifier and secret key generation using PUF, efficient management of device authentication information on the server side, update of secret keys, and continuous authentication. It improves the security of IoT devices against various existing attacks.
