Abstract
In the 700MHz band for the integrated public network in Korea, different service networks based on LTE system coexist so that it is need to reduce a challenge of mutual interference. This paper proposes a system model that can share RB without a coordinator, and introduces a measurement device that can estimate the resource usage of the relative network. It is confirmed that the resource usage and pattern can be estimated from analysis result of which measures the PS-LTE signal in the real environment.
