Abstract
In this paper, we propose a novel resource allocation algorithm for indoor user-centric ultra dense networks using millimeter-wave band. The objective of the proposed algorithm is to maximize network performance measured in terms of per area aggregated user rate. The idea of the proposed algorithm is to minimize the interference caused by sharing the same resources. Thus, we employ iterative minimum weight matching, where the the interference is defined as the weight. In particular, information of beam forming is utilized for estimating the location of a user equipment to calculate the weight. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the investigated benchmark algorithms.
