- Abstract
- In this paper, the multilayer power inductor with the air-clip is designed and fabricated to improve the saturation current of power inductor for the power conversion system. It is proved that the air-clip is able to influence the saturation current of power inductor and the efficiency of the power conversion system. Also, the possibility of the power inductor with the air-clip in the power conversion system for improving rated current and efficiency is demonstrated.
