Abstract
Terrestrial broadcasting is attempting to provide various services to utilize broadcast resources efficiently and is also considering convergence services with communication networks such as 5G/IoT. In this paper, we present a virtualized broadcasting system framework for providing broadcast services and an integrated service manager for system operation. We propose an integrated service manager for remotely operating network functions distributed and managed in regions according to the operation policy. The evaluations show that the virtualized broadcasting system is reliable through a test bed similar to the actual system.
