- When mobile broadcasting services are offered in the ATSC 3.0 based UHD broadcasting, the issue of service handoff that the tuned service is automatically linked to the adjacent RF band or IP streaming service is aroused. For the service handoff in UHD mobile broadcasting service, this paper deals with the definition of the service handoff parameters and the implementation of the verification platform to verify the handoff operations.
