Abstract
This paper deals with a digital broadcasting system based on the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) 3.0 standards under single frequency network environments. ATSC 3.0 can support efficient transmission schemes for operating and managing the multiple transmitters in the broadcast networks. Three transmitter sites were constructed in Jeju Island of South Korea to consider the features of ATSC 3.0 SFN. Then, we conducted the field tests and evaluated the propagation properties according to each transmitter.
