본 논문에서는 기계적 움직임 없이 라인 스캔 방식에서 기존 슬릿 시스템을 대체할 수 있는 DMD(Digital Micromirror Device)를 이용한 공간 스캐닝 기반 초분광 이미징 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발된 장치에서 라인 스캔 속도와 공간 변조 폭은 DMD 내 마이크로 미러들의 패턴 변경을 통해 제어되었으며, 스캔하는 동안 초분광 이미지 데이터와 실화상 이미지를 동시에 획득할 수 있도록 시스템을 구성하였다. 개발된 장치의 파장 보정 실험을 통해 측정된 중심 파장과 대역 통과 필터의 실제 중심 파장 사이의 평균 제곱근 오차는 3.82 nm이었다. 또한, 컬러 체커 실험에서는 시스템에서 획득한 스펙트럼을 비교를 통해 개발된 장치로 다양한 컬러 패턴을 분류할 수 있는 가능성을 확인하였다. 개발된 초분광 이미징 시스템은 식품 안전에서의 이물질 탐지, 의료/헬스케어에서의 환부 검출 및 피부암 진단, 유해물질 감시 등 다양한 분야에 적용 가능할 것으로 예상된다.
