초록
A recommended ITU-R model for prediction of clutter loss about slant path between stations in space and those on the surface of the Earth are less accurate in the case of high elevation angles. It doesn't have applicable model for below 10 GHz also. In this paper, a generalized clutter loss model was proposed to overcome the accuracy and frequency range problems. The proposed model was based on the measurement results according to the elevation angles and frequencies in the urban environments, and it was verified and generalized in comparison with those measured by other places and another new ITU model.
